You can request deletion of personal data associated with your Pinterest Ads & Promo Remover trial, subscription, or social sign-in account.

How to request deletion

1. Email hello@benderbureau.com with the subject line "Data deletion request".
2. Include the email address you used for Google, Apple, Facebook, or Stripe billing.
3. If possible, include which sign-in provider you used: Google, Apple, or Facebook.

What we delete

After we verify the request, we will delete or anonymize data associated with your account where legally and technically possible, including:

• Trial records.
• Provider account identifiers used for Google, Apple, or Facebook sign-in.
• Email addresses and profile metadata stored by the subscription backend.
• Installation IDs associated with your trial or subscription records.
• Opaque trial or license tokens stored by our backend.

Billing data

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers or CVC codes. Some billing, invoice, tax, fraud-prevention, and accounting records may need to be retained by Stripe or by us where required by law. You can also manage or cancel your subscription through the Stripe Customer Portal from the Extension when available.

Local extension data

Data stored locally in your browser, such as extension settings and cached entitlement status, can be removed by uninstalling the Extension or clearing the Extension's local browser storage.

Timing

We aim to respond to deletion requests within 30 days. If we need more information to identify your account, we will contact you using the email address from your request.
